Just got word from TDS - HE HAS COMPLETED HIS THRU HIKE!!!

I think it's fair to say that TDS has hiked/canoed more than just about anyone on the planet in the past 8 months! Quite an accomplishment...

Congrats on behalf of a St. Regis Canoe Outfitters!! What a huge accomplishment. Completing both in a lifetime is intense enough, but doing both in one shot... WOW!!! Besides a much deserved break, what are you're plans?

Great to hear from you! Thanks for taking the time to comment. Just wanted you to know I did complete all 2174 miles of the AT but was only able to complete 585'ish miles of the NFCT due to low water levels. I hope to finish off the remaining NFCT miles next Spring.

Congratulations! I know what a big acomplishment this was for you. I have been reading along during your whole trek. Sounds like it was amazing.
Jason, that was incredible! You have completed a rare & amazing feat. Congratulations. I don't suppose you're hiking back home via Toronto? It's practically on the way. Oh, and my company merged with Gillette last year; I can get you a deal on a razor!
